Ohana's Cleaning Services - Simple Terms You Should Know
We like to keep things transparent so here's what to expect when you book with Ohana.
Payments

Payment is due when booking online (we accept debit/credit cards, Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Agencies with invoicing agreements must pay within 7 days.

Late payments may incur interest fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment with no fee.

Bookings changed or cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.

If bad weather or other unforeseen events prevent cleaning, we’ll reschedule or refund where appropriate.
On the Day
-
Please make sure we have safe, easy access to your property.

Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.

If we can’t enter on arrival, a £20/hour waiting fee may apply.
Service Adjustments

Extra tasks or changes can be arranged — we’ll provide a quote before doing any additional work.

If hazardous or unsafe conditions are found, we may pause or cancel the service.
Complaints & Satisfaction

Not happy with something? Tell us within 24 hours, and we’ll review or re-clean the affected area if needed.

We want every client to be completely satisfied.
Liability & Insurance

We’re fully insured with Public Liability coverage.

Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee for your booking.

We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
Data & Privacy

Your data is protected under UK GDPR.

Payment details are encrypted and never stored.

You can request access or deletion of your data anytime at ohanas.cleanings@gmail.com.
