Q: What areas do you serve?
We proudly provide cleaning services to all Inner London Boroughs. If your home is located just outside of this region, please don't hesitate to reach out! We may still be able to accommodate your booking for a small travel fee.
Q: Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies or equipment?
Not at all! We bring our own professional-grade equipment and premium cleaning supplies. However, if you have a specific product you would prefer we use (due to allergies or personal preference), just let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate.
Q: How do I pay for the service?
We accept all major debit cards and credit cards, as well as Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Q: Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, we do not require long-term contracts for residential or office cleaning. You can book us for a one-time service or set up a recurring schedule. You are free to cancel or pause service at any time, provided you give us proper notice.
Q: Will I have the same cleaner every time?
We strive to send the same team member(s) to your home for recurring services, as we know you value familiarity and consistency. However, in cases of illness or vacation, we may send a substitute cleaner to ensure your service is not interrupted.
Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
That is entirely up to you! Most of our clients prefer to be out while we clean. You can provide us with a spare key, a garage code, or a lockbox code. If you choose to stay home, we just ask that you give our cleaners space to work efficiently.
Q: What should I do with my pets?
We love pets! However, for their safety and the safety of our team, please ensure any pets are secured in a safe and comfortable location away from the areas being cleaned.
Q: Do I need to "clean" before my weekly cleaning service?
We don't expect you to clean! However, for our weekly house cleaning clients, we do ask that you pick up daily clutter (clothing, toys, loose items) from the floors and surfaces. This allows our team to focus their time on deep cleaning and sanitising rather than organising personal items.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee to compensate our staff for their time. Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions for more information on this.
