Service Description

End of tenancy cleaning is a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning service performed when tenants move out of a property. The goal is to leave the property spotless, hygienic, and ready for the next occupants or final inspection. Scope of service includes: • Deep cleaning and degreasing of oven, fridge, and major kitchen appliances • Cleaning inside and outside of all cupboards and wardrobes • Professional descaling and disinfectant of all sanitary ware, taps, and shower screens • Skirting boards, doors, frames, and interior windows • Thorough dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of all floors Bathroom Allocation: Our packages include specific bathroom counts (e.g., '2 Bed / 1 Bath). If your property has additional bathrooms, en-suites, please select the 'Extra Bathroom' add-on at checkout to ensure our team has allocated enough time.


Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations, Access & Duration 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made with less notice are non-refundable. Access & Lock-Outs: If our team is unable to gain access at the scheduled time, a waiting fee of £20 per hour will apply. If access is not provided within 60 minutes, the booking will be charged in full. Service Duration: Time estimates are based on one cleaner. Where a team is assigned (e.g., 2 cleaners), the physical time on-site will be reduced accordingly (e.g., 4 worked-hours = 2 clock hours). 2.Client Obligations & Property Preparation Please ensure the property is fully cleared of personal belongings and furniture (unless is furnished) so our team can work efficiently. If the property is not presented in a vacant condition, we may need to cancel the service. Freezer Defrosting: Please ensure fridges and freezers are switched off and fully defrosted at least 24 hours prior to our arrival. 3. Mandatory Surcharges & Add-ons Weekends & Bank Holidays: A mandatory surcharge applies to bookings scheduled on Saturdays or Sunday (£50) and Bank Holidays (£60). Please ensure the relevant add-on is selected at checkout. Bathroom: Standard pricing includes cleaning of 1 Bathroom (for properties up to 3 beds) or 2 Bathrooms (for 4+ beds). Any additional bathrooms incur a £40 surcharge per room and must be added at booking to ensure we allocate sufficient time. 4. Carpet Cleaning Add-On & Drying Time Drying Time: Carpets can take up to 24 hours to fully dry. We strongly recommend waiting 48 hours before placing furniture back onto the carpet to prevent wood staining or rust marks. Ohana is not liable for damage caused by placing items on damp carpets. 5. Payments & Exclusions Upfront Payment: Full payment is required to secure your booking. Exclusions: The standard service does not include exterior windows, washing of walls (spot clean only), and removal of bulk rubbish/waste. No VAT: Ohana is not currently VAT registered; the price you see is the final price (no VAT added). 6. Satisfaction & Liability 24-Hour Reporting: Any issues should be reported in writing within 24 hours of completion. Unfortunately, issues raised after this period cannot be accepted. Liability: Ohana Cleaning Services is fully insured. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the specific item affected.
